- Partner, children, and travel group;

- Date of birth;
- Document number of identification;
- Technical browser information;
- Cookie ID.
Our vacation resorts are equipped with camera systems. Recordings are taken for the safety of everyone. The camera footage is only accessible to authorized personnel, and it is only transferred at the request of authorized authorities. We store the footage for twenty-one days. We do not use (facial) recognition, tracking, or tracing software.
Most vacation resorts are equipped with an access control system. It records who has gained access to which sites and at what times. Such data can only be accessed by authorized personnel, and it will only be shared at the request of authorized authorities.
This data will be stored for a period of thirty days.
Confidentiality and disclosure to third parties
We handle all personal data confidentially. We do not provide the personal data that we collect to third parties for direct marketing purposes. Nevertheless, data may be provided to third parties if it concerns bookings with affiliated partners of TopParken.
Furthermore, we will not provide the personal data we have collected to other parties unless prior authorization has been granted by the person in question, it is necessary for the fulfillment of the agreement, or we are legally obliged or required to disclose this information.
TopParken uses rigorous security methods for the protection of the processed data to, among other things, prevent unauthorized persons from gaining access to this data inadvertently. For example, we ensure that only essential individuals have access to such data and that access to personal data is protected. TopParken has taken appropriate technical and organizational precautions to secure personal data.

Anyone can ask TopParken to allow them to inspect the data that has been stored about them. Furthermore, anyone can ask TopParken to change, relocate, complete, or delete this data. Our Data Protection Officer is Mr. P. de Haas. Within five working days, your request will be processed, and you will be contacted by the Data Protection Officer.

It goes without saying that we are also happy to help anyone who has complaints concerning the processing of personal data. Under the privacy regulations, everyone has the right to submit a complaint to the Data Protection Authority against our processing of personal data.
